About the event
Reiki is a form of alternative therapy originated in early 20th century Japan and is based on the notion that the practitioner can channel energy into the patient to activate natural healing processes of the patient’s body and restore physical and emotional well-being.
The word "Reiki" comes from the Japanese words "rei" (universal) and "ki" (life energy). Using a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing, a universal energy is transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient. Reiki is used to reduce stress and promote relaxation, to help with pain relief, anxiety, fatigue, and depression.
We offer 3 levels of certification - LEVEL 1, LEVEL 2 and MASTER.
