About the event

This is a series of meditations that will help you perceive life differently, see and understand from a higher perspective. You will learn Pancha Kosha – Exploring the layers of being and Mukti Kriya – Ultimate of all the kriyas, among other simple practices that can be easily incorporated in your lifestyle. This course will provide you with tools to reduce stress, anxiety and depression triggers while conditioning your mind  and body towards awakening.
